GetVehicleModel

This function was added in v1.7 and will not work on previous versions.

Description:
Gets the Model of the vehicle

Parameters:

(vehicleid)

vehicleid : The ID of the vehicle, whose model is to be found

Return Values:
The Model of the vehicle on success, 0 if the vehicleid is invalid (not streamed in )
