GetVehicleDriver

This function was added in v1.7 and will not work on previous versions.

Description:
Get the ID of the player, who is the driver of the vehicle

Parameters:

(vehicleid)

vehicleid : The ID of the streamed in vehicle whose driver is to be found.

Return Values:
The ID of the driver on success, 255 if vehicle not streamed in or it has no driver
