The Freo X Ultra is not free of faults, especially in the area of navigation. Its laser sensors and LiDAR sensors aren’t as reliable as other robotvacs. This means that it is prone to getting stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms in the home. It's also not able to climb stairs as well as other models and doesn't come with a dock that can create a cleaning zone for carpets with plush padding.
