The introduction paragraph is an essential part of any essay. It introduces the topic or question that your essay will address and explains your position.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components are things that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is used. They can be purchased from players or vendors, looted or obtained as rewards, or made by crafting materials. Upgrades can have cosmetic effects, in addition to giving bonus attributes.

Infusions, inscriptions, and enhancements are all types of upgrade components. They are not accessible to the general public and are only available on equipment that is ascended, or certain non-ascended weaponry from the Factions Campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, and enrichments can be retrieved from equipment by using an Infusion Extraction Device or salvaged with a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Phoenix Boxes unlike other upgrade products are able to be traded and re-used when still attached to an item that is being upgraded. These upgrade items can be used to boost the quality of armor and weapons, without spending Dilithium. They can double the chance that the item upgrader mod will receive a high-quality upgrade.

Upgrade components can be added to an item level upgrade but the previous one is destroyed (except for legendaries and Ascended equipment). Only upgraded items that have an identification level of 0 or higher can include upgrade components them. The addition of an upgrade to a weapon that is already equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the resulting item in the same way as it appears in the game (for example adding an Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player can only have up to three upgrade items at once.

Glyphs

Glyphs are an excellent accessory to any item as they can provide a variety of unique benefits and boosts. Some Glyphs increase the number of affixes that an item has, increasing its power. These glyphs are obtained by working through dungeons. They can also be found in certain World Tier 3 zones. It's important to remember that glyphs can only be used by characters who have created a root-dungeon with the same level of depth.

In order to use a Glyph it is necessary to build it from components and connect them using anchors. Then the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths in the same layer. If you don't want to create the glyph with components, you can use a combination of anchors and paths. Then, drag the element close to a highlighted component to lock it in place.

Certain glyphs require specific conditions to be fulfilled for example, 25 Dexterity in a particular area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a certain number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which could be a bit difficult to achieve. Some glyphs have a radius that increases as you level it up.

Glyphs are used for many different items, and are added to all weapons except for weapons belonging to specific classes. Some of these glyphs also have conditional requirements for example, like having a certain number of dexterity or attack damage in a particular area on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph has the chance to deflect attacks from enemies. It also has 15% chance to render the Hero vulnerable for 2 turns.

There are a few glyphs that can be added to tools with limited-use capabilities like the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. Adding these glyphs will be counted towards the Combat Mechanic achievement.

The most commonly used glyphs are the attack glyphs, which boost the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat amount. They are especially useful for ranged classes, such as Warriors and Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph which makes enemies who strike the Hero susceptible to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens are used to reroll a result rolled during an Action. They are removed when the reroll happens. Reroll tokens can be gained in several ways, including through raids, dungeons and skirmishes. You can also buy them in the shops or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons or trials because they allow players to roll rewards from the end of the chest.

Recycle point values are provided for items at the level 1. The upgrade gauge will increase by a specific amount of points when you recycle an item. This is based on the rarity of the item and its level. The upgraded item will not be able to keep its level when recycled, and the cost for recycling an upgraded item rises as its level increases.

Another option is to make use of reroll tokens to reroll an upgrade Best item upgrader, but this will not return the item upgrading to its original level or provide its original extra statistics. This is a great option for those who want to reroll an item or piece of equipment they don't like but still want to keep in their collection.

Three types of upgrade coins are available in the game - Reroll, randomly generated and upgrade. Each type comes with a variety of subtypes. Reroll tokens, for example are available in three categories that are rare, legendary, and enhanced. Each requires an item from the appropriate level to create the new item with the same quality.

To make use of reroll tokens, click on the Satanic or Angelic item in the inventory and select "Reroll Token". Select the type of token you want to use. The tokens available include Item, Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. The Item token can be used to create a new Item in any quality. A Weapon or Misc token can create a new weapon of the same faction.

There is also a possibility that the item will be upgraded to a new item Upgrader Kit that has a higher level and the same extra stats. This will occur when the item is placed in the Pool that cannot be dropped or was transferred to it as part of an Franchise Card.
