This function was added in v1.6 beta 4 and will not work on previous versions.
Description: 
This event will be called when server creates an explosion.
Parameters:
( type, position, playerCaused, isOnGround )
- type : The type (integer 0-12,..) of the explosion.
 - position : The Vector position where the explosion happened.
 - playerCaused : The ID of the player who is responsible
 - isOnGround : true, if on ground; false, otherwise.
 
Return Values:
 This function does not return any specific values.
