Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with another of the same kind, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't preserve the original equipment's condition and any wasted resources will not be refunded.

Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or buy them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power upgrades increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks and spell power improves mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item upgrades, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.

During an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of selected Franchise Cards. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an Best item upgrade will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the Best Item Upgrade's level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last from a few seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item upgrades.

The upgrade process is risk-free and does not impact the durability of the item. It's an excellent option for players who wish to get an edge in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto the new gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are several methods to get these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that lets you increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the Best item upgrader will be upgraded to a higher level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a specific number of items to be used in addition to an appropriate amount for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by an amount of. The highest level for an item upgrading is 19.

When an item is at its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Also, when a piece of gear reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for that track will come with discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an item, it cannot be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.

Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve an exact roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will add an item in your inventory when you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how far you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
