IsVehicleStreamedIn

Description:
Checks if a vehicle is streamed in for an NPC. Only nearby vehicles are streamed in.

Parameters:

(vehicleid)

vehicleid: The ID of the vehicle to check if streamed in.

Return Values:

true, if the vehicle is streamed in.
false, if the vehicle is not streamed in.
