Description:
Sends request to server for entering into a vehicle.
Parameters:
(vehicleid, seatid)
vehicleid : The id of the vehicle to enter into.
seatid : The seat id. 0 means driver seat.
If the server grants the request, the function OnNPCEnterVehicle is called.
Return Values:
This function does not return any specific values.
