Description:
Initiates npc's exit from vehicle with extended options
Parameters:
(ofsd,style, byte1, byte2)
ofsd : This is true/false. If true, npcclient will send an onfootsyncdata after 650 ms. It is necessary otherwise, npc exists, but will be seen again sitting inside vehicle. If false, then you have to set timer to call SendOfSyncDataLV manually.
style : The style of exiting.
byte1 : Additional parameter 1
byte2 : Additional parameter 2
Return Values:
true on success, false on failure( npc not in vehicle ).
